We recommend this hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. The street is quiet. The store in the hotel is packed with food and drinks and it is opened all night. I would definitely come back again and book another stay!

Hotel is approx 20 minutes walk from Grand Place, Brussels. It is a lovely walk to explore and close to shops and restaurants. The check in was quick albeit check your online check out as they tried to charge me the hotel tax again, spotted it and checked out normally. The room was big enough for a two night stay albeit when they say the air conditioning is not working and the room is too hot, they are lying , I had to ask for mine to be put on after one receptionist told me it was not used in the winter months. We were in Brussels February half term, it was warm. The website says air con so I expect what I pay for. Breakfast was good with a range of foods. Cereal, pastries, breakfast bars, cooked eggs, bacon and sausage, tomato and beans, various breads. Fruit, juices, coffee and tea. All in all a reasonable price for what we paid including the breakfast. They offer free drinks also if you don’t have the room cleaned in the way of vouchers pushed under your door.

Basic but comfortable hotel with all the amenities you would need for a weekend break. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower wasn't great but adequate for a weekend stay- breakfast was good with a good choice of food, continental breakfast or help yourself to scrambled eggs, bacon etc. One thing to note - ask for a quiet room as anything over looking the street proved very noisy .

This is an exceptional hotel, with great staff and exceptional service as usual. Would highly recommend to others, clean, friendly and great location. The hotel is situated in a really nice area, close to shopping, attractions and the underground station / tram stops.
